I woke up this morning at 6 in a great mood. I had things I wanted to do before the kids woke up. I made a pillow, checked email, exercised and then it went down hill from there.
Lovey likes to try to scare me in the morning. This morning while putting on my make-up, he suddenly jumps into my view in the mirror with a loud boo. I jump and thankfully refrain from screaming (Littlebit was still asleep). He thinks it is hysterical. Okay, so I remember the joy in making my mom jump too.
Littlebit decides that it is more fun to play with her breakfast than eat it, so for the second day there is cereal all over the floor and high chair.
Lovey has a cough, so I thought I would get him a throat lozenge to suck on. As I am pulling down the medicine box, I knock over a new, unopened, still in its safety seal bottle of Benadryl. It comes crashing down from the top of the cupboard onto the counter. A piece flies off from the bottom of the bottle (which I still can't find) and sticky, pink Benadryl flies everywhere. I found it clear across the kitchen on the pantry door. It is on the papers on the counter, the floor, and all over me. I cleaned it up, but the floor and counter are still sticky, so I will be scrubbing them again shortly.
On a happier note, it is trying to snow. We only have a dusting, but maybe it will continue and we could go out and play in the snow today.
