It's a keeper

Cooking Light's Three Cheese Macaroni and Cheese was a huge success in our house. Creamy melted Gorgonzola and Parmesan with a layer of melted mozzarella in the middle. Divine.

Littlebit had three helpings and Lovey had two. I was surprised that we actually had leftovers.

I made it in a casserole dish instead of the ramekins as described in the recipe. It is not as saucy as my normal mac and cheese, but very delicious. This will definitely be in our menu rotation.
